Lampwork: Just a Taste!

Have you thought about taking a lampworking class but you're not sure if fire and glass is your thing? Come give Lampwork: Just a Taste! a try for 2 hours and see if it 'sparks' your interest! This class is perfect for those who love lampwork beads and would like to experience first hand what goes into making them. This class is also great for those trying to determine if a formal introductory lampworking class is something you would enjoy.

Deb Muss

Deborah Muss (msMussy Jewels) will be leading this exciting class. Deb is a familiar face at BeadFX and you'll find her Thursday evenings at the Happy Hour Torching. Deb has some of her work available on the lampwork table in the store.

The Lampwork: Just a Taste! classes will be held 6:30 - 8:30pm on the following dates:
Wednesday, January 15
Wednesday, March 19
Wednesday, April 16
Wednesday, May 21
Wednesday, June 18
Additional classes will be held further into the year. This class doesn't replace a formal Introductory to Lampworking class, but it does give you the opportunity to decide if lampworking is right for you!

The class fee for Lampwork: Just a Taste! is $80 + HST; course materials, glass, didymium safety glasses and tools will be provided. This class is restricted to those age 18 and up and a waiver must be signed at the beginning of the class. You can expect to create between 2 and 5 beads during the two hours.
